• Head of the Post-Production Department

• Creates the post-production schedule and cascades it to the Post-Production Producers, Video Editors, and Post-Production Assistant

• Coordinates with the Executive Producer, Associate Producer, Director, Head Writer, and CEO/TV Host for taping schedules, instructions, announcements, and job orders

• Gives directives to the Post-Production Producers on whether which content to retain or edit out

• Previews the offline edit of the episode and decides whether the content it is fit to air or needs revision

• Previews the mastered episode and identifies video editing errors or any audio or visual element that needs improvement

• Oversees the implementation of revisions

• Presents the mastered episode to the Executive Producer and/or Director for final approval

• Ensures timely production and submission of episodes

• Implements crisis strategies to address timeline deviances

• Supervises and directs special VTR shoots

• Fills in for Post-Production Producers and/or Segment Producers when the need arises

- Ensures that all the highlights are included in the episode and that the target running time is achieved

- Monitors the program's taping and takes note of instructions from the Director, Executive Producer, Head Writer, Editing Supervisor, and TV Host/CEO in editing the episode

- Conceptualizes and does the offline editing of on-air promos/TVCs

- Supervises and directs shoots for VTRs
